Reach Out West End is a
not-for-profit agency serving
the Inland Empire and Pomona Valley in Southern
California. Reach Out was founded in 1969 as a drop-in
center where youth and adults could find assistance for
substance use. The center also included a diversion
program for court-ordered drug offenders.
Through the years, Reach Out extended its service to
include prevention programs and
information outreach for the community.
Programming at Reach Out now includes a variety of
prevention interventions designed to reduce
experimentation and abuse of harmful substances among
youth. Our community partners include our area
school districts, Chambers of Commerce, thirty other
community based organizations, the cities of Montclair,
Ontario, Upland and Rancho Cucamonga, and San Bernardino
County’s Department of Behavioral Health.
Reach Out receives funding from federal, state, county and local funders, as well as individual donors.
