With funding provided by First 5 San Bernardino, Reach Out West End provides smoking cessation services and secondhand smoke education to residents in the West End of San Bernardino County.

Funded by First 5 San Bernardino, and with the cooperation of various Head Start sites and community collaboratives, Reach Out has been able to provide direct services to thousands of children and their families each year. Our services include:

~ Community presentations on substance abuse prevention, smoking cessation and the dangers of secondhand smoke.

~ Engaging and fun puppet shows about the dangers of secondhand smoke for preschoolers

~ Distribution of "Quit Line" brochures and referrals to treatment providers.

~ Smoking cessation classes for the general public
